Near-Death Experiences (NDE)

There are reports of Near-Death Experiences happening all over the world and not just in our life time, but throughout history.  I think it is a little odd that it is called near-death, as the person actually dies.  Of course, the death is reversed when the person’s soul returns to their body within minutes, thanks to modern medicine and the person passing up an “escape route” on their life experience.

When we create our life charts, we also plan 3 escape routes, which is a chance to opt out before the actual time that we planned.  Most people get so caught up in this life experience with things they want to accomplish, reluctance to leave their loving family and friends or any other personal reason.  In the case of a fatal illness or accident, we can use our planned escape routes and it is totally up to each individual to decide to continue on with this life experience or stay on the Other Side.

So, what do people see when they have an NDE?  It depends on the belief system of each individual, but most people report a bright white light or a beautiful green meadow showered with beautiful flowers, meeting Jesus or God and colors that are so vibrant, the likes that have never been seen here on Earth.  Most people believe in Heaven, so their NDE will be of a very beautiful place or an uplifting experience.

There are some people who describe a very dark scenario with their NDE, a hell like place or complete darkness.  I am not an expert on this, but if a person does not believe in life after death, it could be their fear fueling these negative experiences.

Back in 1972, my Aunt Mary had an NDE when she had complications with extremely high blood sugar with here diabetes.   She actually died for just a few minutes, before she was brought back by the medical team working on her.  Later, when she came home from the hospital, she told us of her vision of the most beautiful green field with beautiful flowers.  She explained that the colors were so very vibrant and completely different from here on Earth.   It was such a wonderful place and she had absolutely no pain.  I am sure it must have been a tough decision to use one of her escape routes to return to that operating room.   She was glad to be back at home with all of us, but she always remembered the serenity and beauty of her time on the Other Side, no matter how short it was.  She lived until 1989, when her soul went home to the Other Side again, and this time she stayed.  We miss her very much but we will see her again when it is time for us to go home too.

I would love to continue the blog on your NDE experiences or of someone you know.  It is such a wonderful and uplifting event in the lives of people who experience this.  I truly believe that it changes them completely.  With all the terrible things in the news today, I think people need to read these wonderful stories of life after death with NDE’s.

Take a moment and email me with these wonderful stories of life.  I would love to share them with all of my readers.  Just email me at suzieslatz@yahoo.com.

Make every day count!

God Bless,

Happy Father’s Day - It’s almost here!

As Father’s Day is approaching, it means getting together with the entire family and celebrating this day for our Dad.  But for many, it can be heartbreaking, as their beloved Dad has passed away and will be missed so very much.  It is for these people that I write this message.

Both my husband and I are in the situation where our Dad’s have both passed on for many years now.  The first one was devastating as my Dad passed away three days before Father’s Day in 1995.  No one missed him more than my Mom, as she was missing her life-long friend and husband.

Now, we invite our Dads to visit us and we wish them a very Happy Father’s Day and the best thing is that we know they hear us.  You might wonder how I know this.  Well, first you must know that my husband is a tactile medium and his abilities enhanced in early 2003.  Barry started receiving messages and was not sure why but wrote them down as he could not concentrate on anything else until he did this.  I have compiled all of these messages into two books.  As things progressed, he received a message from his Dad and we were so very excited to know that he was very much alive and doing great.  After reading the message many times, I told Barry that I wished so much to hear from my Dad.  Believe me, he was listening and started immediately to give Barry his message.  What a very special day and I was so excited that I called my Mom and read it to her.  She too was happy to hear that he is fine and well and living on the Other Side.

I always believed in life after death and knew that everyone, who passed on, was in a better place, they were healthy and happy.  But when you receive confirmation of this fact, it is totally amazing.  If you have ever wondered what your loved ones are doing on the Other Side, just think about the things that they never got the chance to do in this life and know that is what they are now experiencing.  For my Dad, he always wanted to build a beautiful new home for all of us to live in, but it was something that never happened.  We had a great home, but it was older and my Dad was always fixing something, which is why he wanted to build a brand new home.

Well, that is exactly what he did and he built a very large home and told us that he built a room for each of us, but not to rush as we all have very long lives and many things to accomplish in our life charts before coming home.  Yes, I said home.  Every one of us is from the Other Side, it is our natural home and where we lived before starting our Earthly experience.   Barry’s Dad always loved the water and wanted to own a beautiful boat and go sailing.  This is exactly what he is doing.  There are so many things to do on the Other Side, so this is just one of the many things they are doing, but you get the idea.  If you have read my book “Things to do on the Other Side”, you already know the possibilities are endless.

It is just so comforting to know that our Dads, as well as everyone of our family and friends that has passed over, is continuing to live on, loving their life, visiting us, watching over us and sending us inspiration for all we have to do on our Earthly experience.  It is same for every single person who has beloved family members and friends who have passed on.  The only thing we lose is our physical body, our soul lives on.  After all, we are all spiritual beings just inhabiting physical bodies for this experience.  Our spirits, or souls as it is also called, moves onto another realm, a parallel universe and we continue to live in this most wondrous place that God has created for us.  There are many names like Heaven, Nirvana and others, but when talking to anyone from this parallel universe, they call it the Other Side.

I realize that even though this may make you feel a little better on Father’s Day, it will not replace seeing your Dad or giving him a great big physical bear hug.  Just know that he will hear you if you talk out loud to him and he will enjoy the fact that you are remembering him each and every day, but especially on this most wonderful Father’s Day.

God Bless and Happy Father’s Day!

Humanity - A new world order

As a human being on this wonderful planet Earth, I have been wondering what in the world is going on.  I am not a big fan of watching the news constantly but there are so many negative things happening daily that it is hard to ignore.  I read an article on the web today and was saddened by the event and felt the need to write about it.

A homeless man was stabbed and left to die on the streets of New York, after attempting to come to the rescue of a woman being attacked.  Both the man who stabbed him and even the woman ran away without helping him.  I certainly did not think that the man who committed the crime would help out, but after getting to safety, it would have been the humane thing to do if the woman would have called 911.  And it gets worse!!  People on their way to wherever, passed his body lying on the payment and no one called the police to help him.  A surveillance camera, from across the street, documented many people passing his body, just lying there, for an hour and no one ever called the police.  Well, the homeless man died and eventually the police were called to the scene when it was too late to save his life.  Does human life mean so little to the people of this world?  Would it have been different is the woman would have been lying there dying on the ground?  Is this the type of event that has defined our supposed humanity?

I looked up the word humanity, so I can define it.  The definition of humanity is the quality of being, kindness, and benevolence, along with others like sympathy, tenderness and goodwill.  I certainly don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that is not what happened to the poor soul just trying to help another human being.  He was definitely being humane, but what about all the other people involved in this travesty?  Why would someone stab anyone and how hard would it have been for the people walking by to pull their cell phone out and dial three little numbers? Even little children know how to dial 911. How many other people could possibly die because this good soul, who was so willing to help, has left this Earth?

If you have read my blogs or even my books, you know that we are all benevolent spiritual beings who came for this life experience, inhabiting our physical bodies to learn lessons to enhance our souls and grow closer to God.  Sure, we experience negativity here on Earth, but the lesson is to overcome the negative emotions that we feel and live our life more like our true selves.  When Jesus was on the Earth, he had a simple message, which is to love each other and help our fellow man.  It seems like His message got lost for many, which is why I would like to remind everyone of it.  So many nations are involved in wars and killing, cultures discriminating against other cultures and it even goes into our schools where children are allowed to bully other children and it is passed off as just a growing up process.  Are you kidding me?  Where is it written that all these scenarios are acceptable?

It is up to all of us to start living with love, compassion and ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.  I truly believe if we could do this, we could change our world into a place where people enjoyed life and make it a better place to live out our lives until we go home to the Other Side.  We owe it to ourselves to stop wasting these precious days with so much negativity and start living our life charts to the fullest.  It is our God-given right and it   pertains to all people of Earth. Join the ranks of the people who live life with positive choices and thoughts and the more the merrier.  Believe me, we can change the world for the best!

Oh, and by the way, the good soul who lost his physical life helping the woman who didn’t help him, he is now on the Other Side enjoying a very different and wonderful life.  Bravo, I commend him!

God Bless and let’s take humanity to a new level!

Believe in yourself

I am a firm believer that we all must believe in ourselves, know what we are here to do and try with all our might to follow our chart.  For my dedicated followers, you already know that I channel my Guide, Angie, and we like to write together.  We have a couple of books in the works, but something that Angie loves is poems.  We have written a number of them together, usually sitting on the beach.  But tonight we wrote this poem sitting in my room at home, as there is a blizzard going on outside.  If you live in the east coast, you already know that we have been inundated with three snow storms in the last couple weeks.  Just about every establishment, schools and even the government offices are at a standstill.

We have been in a pattern of just trying to keep enough food in the house, running to the grocery store in between snow events, when the roads are drivable.  Thousands of residents are without electric and for most of them that means no heat in the house.  We have been truly blessed that our electric did not go out and we are extremely grateful.

It is times like this that can really test a person, and can also test our faith.  It is for this reason that we wrote this poem and I would like to share it with you.

BELIEVE

By

Sue and Angie

You are what you feel in the depths of your soul,

Believe in yourself, and you will be on a roll.

Living the life of your wildest dreams,

Allowing the Universe to give all that it deems.

Imagine your life as you know it should be,

And follow your heart and get down on your knees

To thank God for the wondrous chain of events,

That happened into your life as it truly was meant.

Loving yourself and all life on this Earth,

All the people you know since the time of your birth.

We are all connected and part of divine mind,

Meant to help each other and truly be kind.

So open your mind and look deep in your heart,

Believe in yourself and then follow your chart.

By living every day with a smile on your face

Loving each moment, then you are in the right place.

You must believe it to see it

 God Bless,

Sue and Angie

Smile…It’s a new day!

Life is an exciting ride filled with a gamut of emotions, experiences ranging from the best of times, obstacles to overcome as well as upsetting and scary times.  Any of these can be experiences that we planned for a life lesson or one that came about from a wrong decision that we made.

But with everything in this Earthly experience, there is a beginning and an end, and we will see the light at the end of the tunnel.  The people, who treat any issue in their lives as a lesson or just an experience, will find that the issue is resolved much quicker.  Try not to worry, but rather look for the solution.  It is the times in our lives that we can find a “positive” in any negative experience that will define us.

Earth is one of God’s playgrounds for learning and for the growth of our souls.  Even though we have lessons or obstacles to overcome, we are also meant to enjoy this life experience.  Remember, this is just one of our many life experiences or reincarnations and as with the others, we have succeeded and passed with flying colors.

All can be great with the attitude that all things pass and life continues onto the next step.  Trust in your higher self to deliver you to the best that your life has to offer by following your heart.  We can be thrown off track with the negative thinking pattern of our organic brain, which has nothing to do with your higher self or true mind.

Open your mind and listen to the positive voice within, just knowing and believing that our lives are only an experience to heighten the growth of our souls.  When we get back home to the Other Side, after the completion of our life chart, it is our call to accept another reincarnation or to just say “no”.  Even if a person decides to remain on the Other Side and no longer want to come back to Earth, it is fine with God.  The Other Side is a realm of learning and growing of our souls also.  Our souls just grow at a faster pace when faced with negativity, which is not allowed on the Other Side.  So, the choice is only ours to decide, but please try to make the best of your time on this reincarnation.

I wrote a poem back in 1991 for my sister, who was having some issues to overcome, and she needed a reason to smile.  I had it copied in calligraphy by a friend and framed it for my sister.  It hangs on her wall and she reads it every day.  This was my first published writing and I am very happy to share it with you.  The poem goes like this:

SMILE

By

Sue Shultz

Be content with what you have, because you have so much…

most importantly, those who love you.

If we strip away material possessions,

all we are left with is the love in our hearts.

Life is so short and we must savor each day as

a special event of our lives.

Greet every day with a smile and every evening

with the pleasant feeling that the next day will

                        be a wonderful growing experience.

Life can be the best of times or the worst of times,

                        the choice is ours.

                        Smile…it’s a new day.

This is so true, as with the dawning of each day, we have the wonderful opportunity to re-define our lives.  I wish for it to make a positive difference in your life.  I hope you will read it every day and allow the smile within to reach your very soul to make a positive difference in your daily life.  I believe in you!

God Bless,

Sue

Living a positive life with negative lessons
Filed under: Sue's Corner — admin @ 3:16 am

I would like to address about thinking positive in our negative world and why we have negative events in our lives.  I decided to write about this as I read an article where the author stated that telling people to think positive all the time can actually be impacting their lives in a bad way.

Anyone who has read my blog knows that I believe that we are what we think about most.  By this I mean that if you look forward to a bright future and state out loud (or write it down) exactly what you expect to happen, the Universe will make sure that you have the opportunity for these things to transpire.  The catch is that when you get these opportunities, you must act on them to make the events manifest into your life.  It is all about following it through to the end result.  It will also take some patience on our part as the Universe makes sure it happens exactly when it is supposed to.  The lack of patience is the downfall for many people.  So, we must trust the Universe and let it happen at the right time in our lives.

Now, let’s talk about negative events that happen to us on a regular basis.  The whole idea of even deciding to have this Earthly experience is to make our soul stronger.  So here we are in this negative realm and I think we can all agree that life on Earth can be tough.  All the negative things that occur in our lives, we actually picked to happen as a lesson to overcome and make us stronger.  There are times in my life when I wondered what I was thinking when I wrote my chart and why would I ever want to experience some of these things.  But, after I got through it, I realized that it actually help to move my life in a great direction.

So, negative events in our lives are actually life lessons that we must address in order to move forward.  Some lessons are small while others are so very overwhelming, but we must tackle them.  From what I understand, when we pass over to the Other Side and complete our life review, we will all understand the reasons for everything that happened during this life experience.

When we have a negative event happen in our lives, the best thing to do is ask yourself this question.  What do I have to do to get through this situation?  You may feel like screaming, swearing or even crying your eyes out or even just going to bed for a day or two and ignoring the issue.  This will only prolong the agony and if it is time sensitive, could even make it worse.  Just figure out what can be done to get it over as soon as possible and move on.   Always live in the present to work towards your dream life.  The past is past, and the future is waiting for us to catch up with it.  Everything we decide to do (whether we act on it or not) forms an alternative reality for us, which is our future, when we take the steps to complete the things we asked to happen.  How cool is that!

So, no matter what transpires in our live experiences, please remember that we are spiritual entities with a white light that came from the Other Side to this experience.  If you want to know more about our home on the Other Side,  its beauty and fantastic things available,  about writing our life chart, how our souls came to inhabit our infant bodies, the explanation of a reincarnation,  the halls that are available to us while we are on this Earthly experience,  why we have Guides and Angels, who comes to welcome us home when our Earth body dies and how we re-acclimate on our homecoming, the book “Things to do on the Other Side” is a must read for the answers to these questions and many more.  This is not a book about death, but rather a manual of life that continues on forever.  I even explain about how our loved ones who have passed over are alive and well and how they visit us on a constant basis.  Always look for signs because they will always try to get your attention, just so you know they are still around for you.  You can check out my site www.thingstodoontheotherside.com and get a copy.  You will be glad you did.

I got a bit off topic here, so to recap, as we are positive spiritual entities from the Other Side, attempt to stay calm during the negative lessons that we all endure for the spiritual growth of our souls.  The calmer we remain, the quicker we work through the negative events and move on a little stronger with each and every one.  Also, the more positive things we think about, the more positive things that will manifest in our life experience.

Enjoy something every day and God Bless you!

A very special Christmas Eve

We had a very special Christmas Eve and I want to share it with you.  We spent the evening with a very special family and we truly enjoyed our time with them.

To start at the beginning, we moved into our new neighborhood last February and we did not know anyone in the area.  As it was winter, everyone was inside, so it was only months later when we met our neighbors.  Many in their family live on the same road and others in the general area.  They have a very large family and have a special building on their property as a meeting place so everyone can get together for special events.  I still don’t know everyone by name, but they are all extremely friendly and are very wonderful people.  We were invited to their party on July 4th and then again for Thanksgiving.  Then we were invited to come for Christmas Eve.

So it was Christmas Eve and we arrived and as we walked inside, many of the family and friends were already there.  Others were arriving, carrying presents and putting them under the Christmas tree.  The aroma of the wonderful food filled the air, people laughing and talking, mothers holding their babies, and children were playing with excitement of being all together.  It made us feel so good to be invited to enjoy this celebration.

Then Vicki asked everyone to stand up, make a circle and hold hands, as we were about to say a prayer. I don’t know exactly how many people were there, but it was at least 60 or more.  So, you can only imagine how large this circle was.  Then Vicki thanked Jesus for the chance to be together again, for the food that we had to eat and thanked Him for all the family and friends.  I don’t know if you have ever experienced this, but holding hands all together with everyone in this large circle, and everyone listening intently to Vicki’s prayer, you could feel the love fill up the room.  In unison, everyone said “amen”.

I have a small family now since most have passed on, so this was a moving experience for me.

Then everyone walked up to the food tables filled with such wonderful food.  They had turkey, ham, chicken, deer meat, stuffing, cranberry sauce, yams, clam chowder, macaroni & cheese, vegetables, potato salad, rolls and many pies for dessert.  Everyone filled up on all their favorite foods.  After that, everyone started to mingle again, talking and laughing and just having so much fun.  What Christmas party would be complete without the arrival of Santa Clause?  Well, not this one!

Santa walked in saying Merry Christmas to everyone and sat down by the Christmas tree.  The children were very excited to see him with big smiles on their faces.  Santa started calling their names, and they came up, sat on his lap and he handed them a wrapped present.  They were so excited and ran back to their parents to show them what Santa had given to them.  Linda, who I just met that night, had bought presents for all the ladies and we went up to Santa and picked a present from the basket that Vicki was holding.  I received a pair of extremely soft socks that I love wearing.

So I want to send thanks to Vicki, Monie and their entire family for including us in their wonderful celebration.  We are truly blessed to have so many wonderful friends to enjoy this special holiday and I thank God for every single one of them.  Christmas is definitely for sharing and the love in that room was larger then the room itself.

I truly hope that everyone enjoyed their Christmas holiday and celebrated with loving family and friends.

God Bless,

Sue

Merry Christmas to all!

It is now Christmas Eve day and most people have braved the extreme crowds, long lines at the cashier stations and traffic jams traveling back and forth to the stores preparing for this special Christmas day.  Hopefully, you fared well and did not encounter too much stress and negativity during this hectic shopping season.  I always wear my hematite ring, as it helps to keep me calm in stressful situations.  However, when I go out to any stores, I also wear my hematite bracelet and sometimes my hematite necklace.  It really makes a difference in how I feel while in large crowds and allows me to stay levelheaded.  So, hopefully, all the packages are wrapped and you are ready to enjoy a day of love and sharing with your family and friends.

It is a wonderful feeling to see our loved ones, especially the children, when they see the presents under the tree and we enjoy watching their excitement as they rip and tear off the paper and gasp in delight.  The look in their eyes is worth all the efforts we expended to make this day possible.  Christmas is a day for sharing the love with our family and friends.  It is a day that we honor Jesus for being our Savior and for all His fantastic accomplishments.  But the people of Earth are not the only ones to honor Jesus.

Jesus is a Savior of many worlds in the Universe and they also have grand celebrations in His honor on this very same day.  On the Other Side, Christmas is also celebrated in an extreme way as people decorate their homes and make special gifts for Jesus to show their love for Him.  There are many events planned in His honor and He enjoys all the celebrations, which last quite longer than ours.  There is no time on the Other Side, they are planned events with no timetable and are thoroughly enjoyed by all.  Jesus visits all the communities (and there are many), to see the ornate decorations and interact with all the members.  Jesus is so very loved by people of the many worlds that He created and He takes the time to visit them all.  He has the extraordinary ability to bi-locate and visits everyone.  So please take some time on Christmas to honor his existence, as it is for Him that we celebrate this very special day.

It is also the time when our loved ones, who have passed over, come to visit us and celebrate with us.  They are aware of all our celebrations and attend all our parties for Christmas, birthdays, graduations and any other celebrations in our lives.  Pay special attention for any signs they use to acknowledge their presence.  They have the ability to use electricity to get out attention.  Maybe a light will flicker, a clock will chime between the hours or even the phone will ring and you only hear static (or you might even hear their voice).  My husband’s dad sends beautiful red cardinals outside our home and my dad sends butterflies.  My husband’s mom leaves pennies on the floor and when my Aunt Mary comes to visit, the air suddenly has the wonderful aroma of flowers.  There are so many ways they use to get your attention, so pay special attention on Christmas because all your loved ones will attend your celebration as they love to enjoy this time with us.

At this time, I would like to thank you for visiting my blog throughout the year and hope you will continue to come back.  If anyone has any questions that they would like me to answer, I will gladly take the time to answer each and every one to the best of my ability.  Also, I would love to hear from you about any special visitations that you have had from the Other Side or any miracle that you have had in your life.  I love reading them and would love to share them with the world.  Just email me at suzieslatz@yahoo.com.

Please take the time to enjoy something every single day, as enjoyment is very much a part of this life experience.  Laughing and loving is good for the soul and brings around all good things into your life.

Wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas!

Ringing in your ears and what it could mean
Filed under: Sue's Corner — admin @ 3:45 am

Today I received an email asking the question “Do you have ringing in your ears?”  They went on to ask, “is it driving your crazy?”  Since I never open spam mail, I did not read the rest of the message, but all you have to do is watch TV to know it is an ad for medication to make the ringing go away.  It is this email that prompted me to write on this subject.  If you don’t know why your ears are ringing, I guess going to the ear doctor for advise or buying medication could be a solution.  But you may be surprised to realize why a person’s ears ring sometimes or constantly during their waking hours.

During my whole life, I had instances when my ears would ring and it usually was when something happened, good or bad, to someone in my family.  Before my Dad passed away, he had a stroke and it was like my whole head was ringing extremely loud.  About 15 minutes later, I received a phone call that my Dad was on his way to the hospital and that he had a stroke.  He survived but throughout the next 4 months, whenever he had another mini-stroke (that’s what I called it), my entire head would ring like crazy.  It got to the point that I would call my Mom and she would call the hospital.  At that time, they checked in on him and he indeed had another stroke.  I knew it before his caregivers.

So, why did that happen and who was ringing me?  It could have been from one of many people; my Guide, Angie, my family members who passed over, or my true self, all of who reside on the Other Side.  As for the why, every one of us here on Earth receive messages everyday and during the night in our dreams.  Even though we are in the physical experience, we have many people watching over us to keep us safe and to help guide us through our charted life.  No one is ever alone, ever!  So, when your ears ring, try to take a moment to focus on what someone is trying to tell you.

At this point in my life, my ears ring constantly during my waking hours, everyday.  Now you might ask “how can you handle it?”  First of all, it is a low ring as I have requested that.  Also, when I am working, cooking, watching a movie or just totally focusing on something, it is more in the background.  It is totally apparent when everything is quiet and that is when I start asking questions.  If you have read my previous blogs, you already know that Angie and me have an understanding that a higher pitch means “yes” to my question and the lower (or regular) pitch ringing means “no”.  But what about my true self from the Other Side talking to me on this side?  That could be a little harder to understand.

We are all connected to both the spiritual and the physical worlds through our sub-conscious mind.  This could be a bit deep, but even though we feel like we are here in the physical, our true selves are actually still on the Other Side and we are always communicating to our physical bodies through our sub-conscious minds.  It is up to each one of us to listen and follow what feels right. (Please check out my October blogs for a detailed explanation on this subject.)

People who have Clairaudience, and there are many, experience this ringing in their ears and will even hear someone talking and calling their name.  It is important to realize that any conversations from your Guide, your true self or any other person from the Other Side, will be of a very positive nature with good and loving thoughts.  Any negative thoughts or messages are not from the Other Side and should not be acted upon.  People receiving messages to do harm to themselves or others should not follow through with them and should seek psychological help.

So, next time your ears start ringing and before you run to the medicine cabinet, sit quietly to allow the positive flow of information to help guide you with your life chart.  To learn more about the Other Side and all it offers to each and every one of us, please check out my site www.thingstodoontheotherside.com.  I have a paperback book or a download version that you can purchase directly from my site.

God Bless,

Sue

CHRISTMAS IS COMING

As we find ourselves in the month of December, we are getting ready to say goodbye to 2009 and usher in 2010.

December is a time where the Heavens shower us with love, joy and happiness to lift our spirits to heightened levels.  We prepare for the coming of Christmas and celebrating the life of Jesus Christ.  We adorn our homes and Christmas trees with lights and ornaments and share gifts with family and friends to express our love for them.

We enjoy the angelic sounds of Christmas carols everywhere we go, which permeates our very souls and brings a worldwide feeling of happiness that is evident more in this month and any other time of the year.  It is a time to be grateful for everyone around us.  Gratitude is needed year-round; it’s just that the holidays bring more people together on a conscious level all over the world.

It is important to remember the people who are living alone with no family members or someone who has experienced the loss of a loved one and is having a rough time during the holidays.  Sending a Christmas card, stopping in to visit them or even inviting them to your celebrations can make all the difference in their lives. Can you imagine how happy they would be and how wonderful you would feel to bring joy into their hearts?

So many people have experienced a rough year financially, which could lead to anxiety when it comes to giving gifts.  Please remember, the holidays are more about getting together and sharing love and joy.  Making a gift can mean more to someone than going to the store and buying gifts.  Make ornaments, cookies, bake a cake or a special dish to take to the party.  It’s not about the gift; it’s about the people enjoying time together and celebrating this holy event.

Enjoy this month getting ready for this special holiday.  Many people will be out and about doing the same, so try to show kindness to all whom you meet.

God Bless,

Sue
