I wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.  As we enjoy our tasty Thanksgiving meal, we must remember to give thanks for all the wonderful people in our lives and all the special opportunities that come our way.   No matter what our stations in life, we all have blessings in our daily lives.  Enjoy each day, love your life, love yourself and follow your heart in all your decisions.  For those who follow their heart, they are definately following their chart.

Well, things are coming along nicely in our moving process.  We bid on a home at the bay and our bid has been accepted.  In fact, many items in the home are being left, which is a big plus.  Also, we sold our truck, which was in our plans to down size with our move.  We are showing our house, we have for sale, to many families and believe now that we have a home to move into, the bids will start coming in.  I was concerned about where we would live, so now that it is out of the way, the rest will follow.  I have prayed to St. Joseph for all these things and he has definately helped us in all these areas.  Thank you St. Joseph, we love you dearly. 

Don’t forget to tune in on December 5th (4:00  P.M. to 6:00 P.M. - EST) to Para-X Radio.  I will be talking about subjects in our book “Things to do on the Other Side” (What Happens when we Die).  Gil at www.soulseekers.org.uk has been kind enough to let me chat with him so I can talk about the things that most people wander about, but don’t know who to ask.  These message come from our Guides on the Other Side and who would know better of what happens when we pass over than the people who are on the Other Side.  They truly want this information out to the people here on Earth as it will take the worry out of passing over and allow you to live the life chart that we all created for ourselves before being born.

It’s been 10 days since I talked to you and I have been quite busy showing my house that is for sale (no bids yet, but it’s coming).  The orders from our Atlascopy.com ink site has kept me busy sending out ink and cartridges.  Also, I was approached to do a radio talk show about our book “Things to Do on the Other Side”, (What Happens when we Die).  Don is a person I have been doing business with our Atlascopy site and has introduced me to Gil from www.soulseekers.org.uk who has the Para-X Radio talk show on the paranormal.  This subject has quite a range of topics and our book certainly fits right into it for sure.   Their site is very cool and there are many things going on, and you should take some time to visit it and check it out. 

On Friday, December 5th, 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. (EST) I will be talking with Gil about what happens when we pass on and leave our Earthly existence.  (Of course, if you live in the U.K, you will want to tune in 9:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.)  I am very excited to have this opportunity to talk with people interested this topic as our Guides, from the Other Side, feel it is very important for everyone on Earth. 

Actually, our home is the Other Side and we have lived there before coming for our Earthly experience to learn some lessons to advance our souls.  So, we re-incarnate here for a short time, learn our lessons and go home when we pass on.  The term for this process here on Earth is dying but actually, we are experiencing life after life.  The reason for our book is to let people relax about death and start living and learning, so you can complete your life chart.  Also, another reason is to educate people about the process of passing over to the Other Side, so you have a wonderful homecoming.  I will be talking about this and so much more, as the Other Side has so many wonderful communities, opportunities and fantastic halls to discover and explore.  We are so blessed that God has created this wonderful place for us to come home to after we complete our life chart and we will be united with family, friends and even the pets we have loved so much here on Earth.

I also would like to talk about the whole re-incarnation process, from the time we decide to come to Earth or any other planet, the preparation and birthing process to deliver us to our destination.  There are many people involved and they are very important to a successful delivery to your re-incarnating planet.

Hi, Sue here,

Well, it has been 2 weeks since burying St. Joseph’s statues and we have seen alot of activity that we did not have before in the sale of our house.  Last week, there were 3 showings and 1 bid, but the people had some financial issues with their bank.  So, I guess we can count them out.  But, that is OK as we just had an open house yesterday and had people come in to see our house.  I have not heard back from our realtor yet, but that is a good sign as they could be meeting with their realtor in order to put in a bid.  So, I will have patience. 

Just an hour ago, I received a phone call from my realtor’s call center and we have yet another showing tomorrow morning.  St. Joseph is truly working with us on our goal to have a quick sale, as we have not experienced this much action since putting our house on the market.  I am and will continue to be so entirely grateful to St. Joseph and tell everyone of my complete devotion to him.  We are truly blessed to have his help.

I will let you know what happens, but I feel that this could be the week that I have a signed sales agreement and a settlement date to look forward to.  We hope to be in our new home before Christmas as we are all looking for a Christmas at the Bay. 

I will keep you posted.  In the meantime, pass on this information to anyone you know who is selling their house at this time or in the future.  Remember to tell them that they must believe in St. Joseph’s ability to help them with this process.  I have a prayer listed in another blog on this site, but there are many different prayers listed on the web.  It is all about the emotion and their belief and faith is the key to unlocking the hardship that so many people are experiencing in today’s housing market.  I know that I absolutely believe in him and have faith that I will be living in my wonderful bay home in very short order.

We had the special pleasure of a channelling session regarding St. Joseph.  If you are familiar with our books, Answers from Heaven and Things to do on the Other Side (What happens when we die), you are aware that my husband Barry is a clairvoyant.  He channels his Guide, Paul, and many others, but it was Paul who came through last night with information about St. Joseph.  I would like to share some of it with you.

Paul’s message:

The planting of St. Joseph statue goes back quite a long time and he is very sensitive of the history.  He loves that he was the father of Jesus, in every aspect, here on Earth.  Actually, the immaculate conception was an idea created on Earth by the church and has no validity on the Other Side, nor on Earth.  Of course, all humans on Earth have the power of free will, so it is up to you how you want to percieve it.  

Joseph is an amazing saint who works very hard on our side.  The faintest part of his abilities is the ability to sell houses.  He comes across to those who want to sell their houses very quickly at a reasonable profit.  This is effortless to him, even though it seems like so many people are using him to sell their houses by implanting a facsimile of his likeness into the ground of the house desired to sell.

He is well aware of this action and usually only responds to those whose faith accompanies the action.  Many people have used this action as an excuse to rapidly sell their house but are disappointed with the results.  Others, using their faith and belief system, have sworn by this because they claim to have sold their house quickly after planting the statue of St. Joseph in the ground of their property.

The true fact of the matter is that those who develop faith in the process will have the best results.  Joseph is constantly bombarded with this enigma and he decides on a per person basis who will benefit from his abilities.  It should be a major task but it only takes up a fraction of his time.  He is such an advanced soul that he can direct a fraction of his ability to use in this manor even though a multitude of thousands are asking for his help.

I have never met Joseph personally, but I have met Jesus.  He talks about his father alot.  If you want the best possible outcome from the action with the St. Joseph statue, you just need to believe and it will work.  Joseph hears your prayers and will deliver if you believe in him.

We were so excited to receive this message from the Other Side.  I feel it is important that people here on Earth know that people on the Other Side are aware of our needs and are happy to assist us.  Paul tells us that we control what happens in our lives and the more belief and faith we have in ourselves, the more we can accomplish on our Earthly experience.  Having faith in anything is better than having a negative attitude towards it. The power of positive thinking is great and very helpful in our endeavors.  To have the full impact of our positive thinking, we need to get rid of our negative thoughts first.  It is not the easiest thing to do here in this negative Earth environment, but it can be accomplished if you want to.  Replacing your thoughts with only positive ones, can bring about what you want in life quickly.  

There is much more in Paul’s message about our faith and belief system and how to accomplish it.  I have just touched on it here as it relates to the faith and belief we need to have when asking help from St. Joseph for a quick and profitible sale of houses.  I will definately relate more of his message in another blog, so stay tuned.

Well, its Monday night (11/3/08) and I have an update on the help from the St. Joseph statue that we put in the ground to help sell our house.

As of this Sunday, it was 1 week since burying his statue and saying the prayers of devotion.  We had a showing on Sunday and we received 2 more calls today for 2 additional showings for tomorrow.  We are truly excited and quite grateful to St. Joseph for his most special help.  Also, our realtor is having an open house this coming Sunday for us.  Everything is looking up and we have St. Joseph and Jesus (who he works through) for all of our good luck in selling our house.  I recommend that anyone selling their house to seek their help.

As I mentioned before, we are selling our house and have already picked a wonderful home near the bay and are completing a contract with the sellers.  Anyway, since it was such a beautiful day, we decided to travel to see our new home.  After that, we went to Tower Beach so my son, Kirk, could take many photo’s of the landscape and ocean.  As it is November, not many people were there but the people we met were extremely friendly. 

There was one woman that I talked to and she was visiting from Annapolis, Maryland with her husband.  I enjoyed talking to both of them but especially to her.  We have one thing in common and that is we both love Sylvia Browne and all her books.  I mentioned that we have written 2 books with more on the way and she was really interested.  We talked about our book “Things to do on the Other Side” and I basically gave her some ideas of the things listed in our book.  I love talking to people who are truly open to this subject as our Guides want us to get this information out to as many people who are open to it.  So many people don’t want to talk about passing over or leaving this Earth, but it is important for people not to fear it and know that it is just the next phase of our lives.

Actually, we come from the Other Side and we are just here for an experience to learn lessons to advance our souls.  When we complete our chart, our life lessons, then it is just our time to go home to the Other Side.  Our Guides think it is important to live our Earth experience to the fullest and learn all that is learnable.  They want us to relax and experience our life chart without the worry of death.  Nobody actually dies, you just leave your Earth body behind because you no longer need it.  Believe me, when you pass over, you will have so many people (including your lost loved ones) there to help you get on with your life on the Other Side.  They are very experienced at this, and they will help you with anything you need to know.  They want us to relax about passing over and let them do their jobs in helping us move on the next phase of our lives.  If you are among those who don’t believe in this, that is alright.  I just ask that you remember it for future reference.

Well, with all that being said, we had a great time at the beach and collected some shells and stones, listened to the waves washing on the beach and heard the wonderful sounds of the seagulls as they flew in the air above us.  I can hardly wait to move there so I can experience this every day. 

I will keep you posted on St. Joseph’s help in selling our house.  It didn’t happen yet, but it has only been 2 days.

It has been quite a while since my last entry.  We have been very busy with our site, Atlascopy.com and creating our new site Atlascopy Outfitters.com in which we sell all kinds of outdoor equipment and supplies.  We are very proud of it and hope you take some time to visit it and look around.  And of course, I have started my new book, which should be completed in a few months or so.  Also, we have been busy over the summer getting our house ready to sell.  We put our house on the market in September and by October, we employed a realtor as the task seemed quite daunting and we had very few showings  We have been disappointed not having a signed contract, even with our realtor, which brings me to the subject for this blog.

My Mom saw in the newspaper that many people are asking help from St. Joseph.  Apparently, this has been going on for a very long time, but it was the first time I have ever heard about it.  It is said to bury a statue of St. Joseph in the ground (upside down and facing the street), and praying to St. Joseph for a speedy and profitible settlement of your house.  I have checked the web and there are different variations on how to bury the statue, but the results are the same.  It works!!!  Of course, after your settlement is complete, you must remove the statue from the ground and display it in your new home for the total devotion that St. Joseph completely deserves.  So remember where you buried it.

You see, since St. Joseph was a wonderful family man and carpenter, he was always concerned to have good housing for his family.  For this reason, he is deemed the Patron Saint of Real Estate.  There are many articles on the web about this subject with wonderful testimonials from people who have had great success in selling their houses quickly, after burying his statue and praying everyday to St. Joseph.   Many of them had their houses on the market for up to a year with no luck in securing a signed contract.  But between burying the statue and being adament on praying to St. Joseph for a quick sale, they sold their houses from a few days to a few weeks. 

So, I went down to our local religious store and found exactly what I needed.  It has been 5 days since we buried the statue and we say the prayers everyday.  We feel extremely good and believe that we will have a quick and successful settlement, thanks to the assistance from St. Joseph.  I will keep you posted.

Now here is something that I did not read on the web or in the newspaper.  For many years, I have owned a statue of St. Joseph holding the baby Jesus.  My Guide, Angie, came through to us and told us to also bury that statue with the one we bought.  She said that it has a more powerful effect as Jesus is in his arms and St. Joseph wants his Earthly son, Jesus, to be protected and properly housed, being the wonderful father that he is.  So you can use either type of statue, but please remember to give St. Joseph and Jesus the devotion that they most certainly deserve and believe in their power of their assistance in securing a quick, easy and profitible settlement.

PRAYER TO SAINT JOSEPH FOR SELLING A HOUSE

O’ Saint Joseph, you who taught our Lord the Carpenter’s trade,

and saw to it that he was always properly housed, hear my earnest plea.

I want you to help me now as you helped your Earthly child Jesus,

and you have helped many others in the matter of housing.

I wish to sell this (house/property) quickly, easily, and profitably

and I implore you to grant my wish by bringing me a good buyer,

one who is eager, compliant, and honest, and by letting nothing impede

the rapid conclusion of the sale.

Amen!

Well, this is the prayer that we say along with the one on the prayer card that came with the statue.  I felt it necessary to pass this information on to everyone who wants to read it.  If you are selling your house, save yourself some time and effort and bury your own statue of St. Joseph right from the beginning and I wish you great luck on the sale of your house.

Its been awile as we have been working on our latest book “Things to do on the Other Side, The Answer to What Happens when we Die”.  It has been a profound experience receiving and delivering these special messages from the Other Side.  We feel it is important to let all those interested in what happens after we die, according to our Guides from the Other Side.  And who would know better than those who are actually on the Other Side.  Throughout history, people have wondered about death and life after death.  Of course, we do realize that some will find this information a little hard to believe as it is something that you have to take on faith.  This book has been written to help ease people’s minds about death here on Earth. Due to the profound nature of this information, the people who will get the most out of it is those with an open mind to a new thought pattern.

Do you really think there is nothing after our Earthly experience.  If you really think about it, there has to be more, it only make sense that something better will follow.  Our Guides tell us that so many people who die on Earth and pass over to the Other Side get so confused and refuse to believe that they have died.  They actually have a hard time because they are still alive.  They truly want to help dispel this myth to help people have a better homecoming experience. 

They explain to us that we are all Erethral Beings from the Other Side in which we call home.  They also explain the re-incarnation process and why we decided to come for the this Earthly experience.  We come to Earth to experience some negativity, which is the way we advance our spiritual soul and become closer to God.  The Other Side is a wonderful place that only allows positive things for us to experience.  So, occasionally, we come to Earth to advance our soul at a faster pace, due to the negative atmosphere and situations that we endure.   

In our book, we have chapters on some of the many Communities available to us which are targeted to our own interests.  There are also many Halls to visit and experience things beyond our wildest dreams.  It is encouraged that we create a home for ourselves to have a special place that we can call our own.  But, there is so much to do on the Other Side, I highly doubt you will be at your home to too long.  Also, there is no monetary system on the Other Side.  Everything is done and enjoyed for free. 

Of course, we must complete our Life Chart, which is the lessons that we charted to learn while we are here on Earth.  No one dies before completing their chart.  Did you ever hear of situation with a car accident that completely destroys the car and yet the person walked away with only scratches?  Our Guides and Angels protect us so we can continue on with our Life Chart until we are finished learning our lessons.  People who decide to end their life on their own, will have to return to Earth immediately and start from scratch as a baby, in the same geological area with the same type of parents and experiences until their Life Chart is actually completed.  So our Guides warn us against suicide as it will just prolong our homecoming to the Other Side.  So, it is definately something that I won’t be doing, nor should anyone else.

There are many interesting topics, so I encourage you to look at our web page www.thingstodoontheotherside.com  It is truly an eye opening type of book that is meant to ease our worries about dying so we can continue to productively learn and complete our life lessons.  Then when we are ready to cross over to the Other Side, it will be a wonderful homecoming experience for each and everyone of us.
